I think I’m gonna use all lowercase in the titles and stuff to feel indie but when I’m writing longform I default to proper grammar. I hope the whiplash is okay.

Welcome to my email list! As stated previously, I just plan to use this to beam updates on my projects and works I was involved in directly into your inboxes. I think it’ll also be good for me to have a monthly recollection kind of thing. Maybe I’ll decide on a fixed date every month to do it? Not sure lol

My music circle, FLAVOR FOLEY, has released their third single, “weathergirl”! It went up on Eleanor Forte’s birthday because we wuv her.

This is a song I actually wrote over 2 years ago, back when I thought Shian Standard+ was gonna happen (lol) and I went a little crazy preparing songs for her…. It’s very special to me. Vane and Jamie did such an amazing job bringing it to life, and ippo.tsk’s visuals are just perfect. I’m really in love with it and I can’t ever be grateful enough. The FLAVOR FOLEY songs are like my children, so I can’t say I have a favorite. But if I did….

DAEMON/DOLL

In case you missed it, I organized an English-language album project featuring Kasane Teto SV called DAEMON/DOLL! We recently just finished sending out pre-orders to US and JP customers, so if you either missed out on those or want to buy it from somewhere else…. Tadah!

Through the lovely and generous Very Ok Vinyl, both leftover CD sales AND vinyl pre-orders are now available to all customers, including international! You can buy them RIGHT NOW!!! They’ve been so helpful and cooperative throughout the whole process, so pick up some other cool vinyls from their store while you’re at it!

In addition….!

The MV for Track SP2, “Tell Me” by beat_shobon/CircusP, is finally out!! I directed the MV, drew the sillier parts for it, and I did the M*sedash segment as well!

Please check it out!! A bunch of amazingly talented people worked on it!! And keep an eye out for the final DAEMON/DOLL MV….

Oh, this one is slightly old news, but I might as well mention it too: I contributed to the MV for Track 10, “Machine Love” by Jamie P!

I did the little lipsync parts, and the animation part at 2:54! The whole thing is such a labor of love and the song makes me cry, so make sure you listen to it if you haven’t already.

NEXT!!! Sound of the Future

Earlier this month, I put out chapter 15 of my Miku webcomic, NEXT!!! Sound of the Future!

No joke, I wrote most of this chapter about 2 years ago, so to say I’m excited for it to finally be out is kind of an understatement! It’s a good chapter, or at least so my proof readers tell me…. Give it a read and let me know what YOU think!

After this, the webcomic is going on recess, but I have a Guest Illustration series lined up to fill the interim, so look forward to that! They’re slated to go out on every day ending in 4, so that’s about 3 a month… Two have already gone up, and maybe a special occasion one will happen soon… Either way, please take a look! I’m really excited about some of the art…. Finally, my characters drawn by half decent artists……

I wasn’t planning on mention this one but then it got 409340934090934 bajillion views so check this one out I guess??????????????

Upcoming

I’m actually taking a break from projects for a while! I’ve been running pretty hot lately and I don’t want to keel over, so consider this my summer break. Ideally you should see nothing from me for the next few months…. Maybe the next newsletter will just be the kinds of foods I’ve been making or whatever. Let me know what you’d be interested in reading about, I guess.
