CARDIAC CONTREPOINT CAME OUT

My band’s debut album released on Valentine’s Day!! It’s now available on streaming services, AND ☝ you can buy it as a CD!!

We partnered with Very Ok Vinyl again for the CD distribution (who also handled DAEMON/DOLL’s international CD fulfillment). Basically since he runs this as a business and not out of Lone’s House he has all the tax stuff set up to be able to ship to places with weird import laws, like England/The EU/South Korea, specifically???, so we just let him handle all of it for CC.

Mr. Vinyl also lives on a farm, so I asked him really nicely if he could take photos of the album with his animals and he kindly obliged. Fucking awesome

We actually sold out of our initial stock because I vastly underestimated how much of our audience would be interested in CDs 😩 But restocks should be coming next week I think!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

With the album release we also released the FLAVOR FOLEY FILES, a series of little retrospectives on each song. Read them if you’re interested!

ELECTRIC WEEKEND ZONE ALSO CAME OUT

We collaborated with CircusP to write a song for HATSUNE MIKU: Colorful Stage, and it’s finally out! I really like this song, I think it is Quite Good. Everyone please listen to it, and play it in-game!! I think it’s got a really fun beatmap!!

I specifically designed some of the MV aspects to integrate with the Colorful Stage UI, so remember to turn the MV on in-game when you play it!!

ECLIPSED SOUNDS: TONE CHROMA

I was the character design lead for ECLIPSED SOUND’s newest vocals, HXVOC and GALENAIA!

Designing a vocal synth has always been a dream of mine, so it all still feels pretty surreal to me…. Of course, I didn’t design these alone- everyone on the Eclipsed Sounds team gave their input, and I certainly couldn’t have done it without unit.0’s robotics wisdom or Crispy’s incredible graphic design on the finer details. But still, it’s a huge honor. Thank you, everyone! Please buy them when they come out!!! (Not sure when this is)

SNOW MIKU…….

I don’t know if this is worth putting in the newsletter but here’s my Snow Miku design for this year!! I think she’s quite cute so I wanted to share <:3 The theme this year is “Happy Patisserie”, so I made her a little clown!! I love clowns…..

What IS worth putting in this newsletter is that my long-time friend Silly Stu wrote her a little silly song!!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 It is such an honor…… And the song is so good…. Silly Stu you’ve done it again

I think it’s funny btw when people get surprised that me and Silly Stu know each other. We’ve been friends for like a decade. Not MY fault you didn’t know this

my utau phillip

I have an UTAU named Phillip. I wanted to make a cute girl, but my cutesiest of voice still ended up sounding like a Victorian orphan boy, so now I have him. Me and Lone both recorded CV UTAUs for CVfest 2023; Recently Lone put up a whole little webpage for her UTAU Lilith, so I made a matching one for my UTAU as well!

He also has a new Chinese voicebank now!! All his downloads and a gallery and stuff are all available on this webpage. If you’re interested in very robotic-sounding voicebanks, try downloading him!! If you want an actually good UTAU, try Lilith! I’m gassing up Lone’s UTAU because Lone is my pookie, but I also just genuinely think Lilith is a good UTAU with a lovely tone. You could also try them both if you’re crazy
